Lily Funds was founded in 2013 in Fort Lauderdale Florida, by Thomas “Chip” McManus as an entrepreneurial organization that invests in capital markets, real estate, and lending.

More about Tom McManus
Mr. Tom McManus started his career in New York working at Allianz Global Investors (PIMCO). While at PIMCO, he became licensed in Series 6, 7, 63, and 65. In 2006, Mr. McManus relocated to Fort Lauderdale to pursue a career at Bank of Florida Trust Company. Shortly after, Tom became CFO at a local private investment company, TG Investments, LLC. He has over 13 years of diversified real-estate experience and over $1Bil in transaction experience. In 2012, Tom has joined the ranks of the entrepreneurs; he had been assisting for years. He then founded Lily Funds, LLC and currently manages a $200,000,000 real estate portfolio and owns a portfolio of income-producing residential properties..
